With a mother who spent over 50 years as a successful real estate agent, Katrina grew up observing firsthand what it takes to guide clients through one of life’s most important decisions. That foundation shaped her deep understanding of the industry—and the level of care clients truly deserve.

After raising her four children, Katrina launched her own career in sales, where she quickly discovered her natural talent for connecting with people and identifying their needs. Her ability to build trust, listen carefully, and deliver solutions has become a defining strength in her approach to real estate.

Katrina brings a unique, creative edge to her work. With experience in interior design, home remodeling, and office design, she has a trained eye for detail and presentation. She understands how to make a home stand out—whether helping buyers envision possibilities or preparing a property to shine on the market. Her background in event planning and coordination further enhances her ability to manage the many moving parts of a real estate transaction with precision and ease.

Outside of real estate, Katrina enjoys transforming spaces—whether it’s her home, her yard, or creative projects on social media. She thrives on learning, creating, and making things beautiful, a passion that naturally carries into her work with clients.
